"The Ahs make an uncommon variety of spare, haunting classical folk, occupying a delicate and gorgeous area between the spindly pluck of Amy McIntire's banjo and the lowing moan of Tony Rogers' cello."- Portland Mercury
Their unique sound combines the rich, open lows of the cello with the bright precision of the banjo. Two voices: one male and one female, sing intricate harmonies against the instrumental lines. Their songs are rich and symphonic.
